Install wordpress

To get this theme you must have WordPress already installed. If you need help installing WordPress, follow the instructions in WordPress Codex or you can watch the Instruction Video created by Woo Themes. Below are some useful links on WordPress information:

Install Theme

When purchasing Wedding Vendor theme from Themeforest, you will be able to download Weddingvendor files with your Themeforest account. The Main Files contains all files, you have to select Installable WordPress Theme files with just necessary installable WordPress theme files.

Install Weddingvendor theme via wordpress.

  1. Unzip the downloaded package from Themeforest. Find the folder theme and inside it find the file weddingvendor.zip
  2. Login to your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance > Themes  > click Install Themes tab and select Upload
  3. Click the Browse button and find the file"weddingvendor.zip" on your computer.Click on "Install"
  4. Wait the theme being uploaded and installed.
  5. Activate the theme: Go to Appearance > Themes and Activate.

Install Weddingvendor theme via FTP

Follow the steps below to install Weddingvendor via FTP. 

  1. Log into your hosting space via an FTP software
  2. Unzip the weddingvendor.zip file and ONLY use the extracted weddingvendor theme folder
  3. Upload the extracted weddingvendor theme folder into wp-content > themes folder
  4. To activate the theme: Go to Appearance > Themes select weddingvendor theme and activate

Common Install Error: Are You Sure You Want To Do This?

The “Are You Sure You Want To Do This” message may occur, means that you are limited in upload file size. Consider install the theme via FTP if this happens, or call your hosting company and ask them to increase the limited size.

Install and active required plugins.

Once you activated weddingvendor theme than You will get a notification for required plugins.

  1. Click on "Begin installing plugins" to install required plugins.
  2. Select all required plugin to install and active.

  1. First of all you need to delete wedding code plugins.Inactive and delete it

  4. You need to create two pages Couple Login and Couple Register and add in topbar menu.
  5. From Page editor add couple login shortcode button feature couple login and same for register process.
  6. Create Couple dashboard page and select template as Couple Dashboard.
  7. Create Couple profile page and select template as Couple Profile.
  8. Create Couple wishlist page and select template as Couple Wishlist.
  9. Create Vendor Profile page and select template as Vendor Profile.
  10. Create Top map list page and select template as Top+Map.

Import Demo Content

Appearance > Theme Option > Import Data.

Import All Demo Content – Now users can quickly and easily import our demo content with only one click to the button. This is the preferred method because it's the fastest and easiest way to get our demo content. It will import all our pages, posts, sliders, items, FAQ's, widgets, theme options setting, etc.. You will click on “Import Demo Content” to import our demo data into your website. Find the below image for Reference Guide.

Some Important Items About The Demo Content Images – Weddingvendor demo images are not included because those are licensed stock photos which are not allowed to be shared. Instead we will replace by place holder images.

How to set shortcode and template

Header Settings

Appearance > Theme Options > Header Section

  1. Plain Text Logo — Select checkbox checked to display Site Title of general setting or unchecked display custom uploaded logo
  2. Custom Logo Upload — Here you can upload a logo to display in your website.
  3. Custom Favicon Upload — Here you can upload image for favicon.
  4. Search Box Show/Hide — Checkbox check to enable search box and uncheck to disable.
  5. Click on "Save Setting" Button

General Theme Settings

  1. Currency Symbols — Select currency Symbols for price table.
  2. Item Per Page — Select how many items you want to show in listing.
  3. With Map Column — Select how many items display in column row.
  4. WithMap Style Box — Select which type of style box display on listing.
  5. Free Listing — Select how many free listing for new resiter user
    [Free item will expired after 30days of listing]    .
  6. Item Display Style — Select single item design style.
  7. Validity of free listing — Select your option for free listing items.
  8. Click the "Save Menu" button.

Slider Settings

  1. Slider Effect — Select slider effect.
  2. Animation Speed — Add your animatoion slide speed timing.
  3. Pagination Speed — Add your pagination speed timing.
  4. Control Nav — Checkbox check to enable and uncheck to disable pagination bullets.
  5. Slider Heading Title Color — Choose color for slider heading title.
  6. Slider Text Color — Choose color for slider description.
  7. Pagination Color — Choose color for pagination bullets.
  8. Pagination Active Color — Choose color for pagination active color.
  9. Click on "Save Setting" Button

  1. Body and Heading Font — You can choose the Google Web Fonts that will effect to all Heading of website.
  2. Headings — H1,H2,H3,H4 is most usefull tag of heading for your website.Here you can change font size,font color and font weight.
  3. P Headings — P tag is most common used in body content.Here you can change font size,font color and font weight for Paragraph.
  4. Click on "Save Setting" Button

Layout Settings

Appearance > Theme Options > Layout Settings Section

  1. Google Map API Key — Here add google map api key for map functinality.
  2. Default Center Latitude — Here add google map defualt loading center latitude point.
  3. Default Center Longitude — Here add google map defualt loading center longitude point.
  4. Default Marker — Upload default marker image for map functinality.
  5. Click on "Save Setting" Button

Payment Settings

Appearance > Theme Options > Footer Section

  1. Paypal API User Name — Here add paypal api user name
  2. Paypal API Password Name — Here add paypal api password name
  3. Paypal API Signature — Here add paypal api signature

This theme provide style for widget for blog detail, customize developed widget for Icon Detail, Popular post and some widget default of Wordpress.
You have to follow steps as below:

  1. To add content to the sliding bar, navigate to "Appearance > Widgets"
